I don’t think football was involved, just domestic violence. When will the headlines, the storylines and the efforts to deter these scenarios reflect this?
If this story about electeds who tool an oath to take care of their city and are now decriminalizing domestic violence in the name of saving money is true, they should be immediately removed from office for failing to uphold their oath. They can’t think of a single other way to save money than to let people who beat up spouses or partners be allowed to beat up spouses and partners? Absolutely unforgivable.
